Plot 3 Update: The roof is now insulated and the tiling is now underway and progressing on time. The bathrooms are being tiling and all plumbing supplies are in place. Are rooms are being prepared for decorating and work is starting on the kitchen.

Plot 3 Update
The first floor is now constructed for the third plot, showing the bedrooms and bathrooms layout. The double winding staircase is now formed, providing access to the first floor. All brickwork is complete and rendering is underway. The roof structure is in place, ready for insulating and tiling.
Plumbing and electrical first fix work is now complete. The outbuilding is almost fully constructed. Work has begun digging out the private swimming pool. We expect the build to be completed, on time, within the next 3 months.

Floor plans have all been agreed and finalised between the architects and ourselves. We are now planning to begin construction within a couple of days.
Work has started on clearing and levelling the site. The first stages of setting out the build is now underway. This involves marking the ground layout and setting boundaries ready for the foundations.
Setting out the build is now complete, with the layout and markings for the property structure on all remaining plots now finished. Foundations for plot 3 have been laid out with ground beams and reinforced concrete bases have been set. Upright columns are now being formed ready to support the first floor build.
This work has also started on the other 2 plots.
